Galleria Dallas celebrates the beauty in every woman as Beauty Live returns to Dallas, April 9-11, 2010. This year the shopping center rolls out the pink carpet for all the top names in beauty including famed make-up artist from TLC’s hit show, What Not to Wear, Carmindy, TV star and entrepreneur, Kim Kardashian, Dr. 90210’s Dr. Robert Rey and many other beauty greats for three days on four stages. Beauty Live, the largest consumer beauty event in the country, showcases the top trends in beauty from nationally known stylists, visiting makeup artists and celebrity experts. Exclusive to Galleria Dallas, Beauty Live offers a unique beauty experience with hands-on classes, product demonstrations, and giveaways during a weekend of fun, inspiration and activities for guests of all ages.

Other highlights scheduled for this year’s Beauty Live include:
• Friday, April 9 at 5:30 p.m. on the main stage – Rachael Ray’s go-to man for all things beauty, as well as the former grooming expert from Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, Kyan Douglas introduces HerCut, a revolutionary new hair care line made especially for your individual haircut. A completely new way to view hair care, this is a must-see!
• Friday, April 9 at 6 p.m. on the main stage – TV star, entrepreneur, model, actress and trendsetter, Kim Kardashian takes the Beauty Live main stage to introduce her new signature scent, Kim Kardashian, available exclusively at Sephora.
• Saturday, April 10 at noon on the main stage – Dr. Robert Rey, also known to E! Television audiences as Dr. 90210, joins the Beauty Live lineup to speak to guests about how to look your skin-tastic best and take years off your body (inside and out).
• Sunday , April 11 at 4 p.m. on the main stage – Galleria Dallas is excited to welcome Carmindy for the finale of Beauty Live 2010.
• National makeup artists from the top cosmetic companies in the world including Lancome’s National Makeup Artist, Robert Cook, and other experts from Bobbi Brown, Christian Dior, Chanel, Estee Lauder, Trish McEvoy, L’Occitane and Benefit to name a few.
• Throughout the weekend other innovative makeup pioneers are scheduled to appear including “manicurist to the stars” Deborah Lippmann, George Smart, National Director of Education and Special Events for the Osmotics skin care line, Dallas’ own makeup maven, Christi Harris and Mix 102.9’s radio personality/fashion and beauty diva, Victoria Snee.
• New this year, Beauty Live guests have the opportunity to visit “beauty stops” located at participating retailer store-fronts to receive one-on-one info about specific tips or product lines throughout the weekend.
• America’s Sassiest Lifestyle Guru Steve Kemble, a regular fashion correspondent on the E! Network and a member of U.S. Weekly’s fashion police and Galleria Dallas’ Stylist Holly Quartaro, emcee the event.
• Sunday, April 11 at 5 p.m. on the Galleria Dallas Ice Rink –As a closing treat, Beauty Live guests are invited to the Galleria Dallas ice rink for a special performance by members of ice skating’s finest. Hosted by skating legend Scott Hamilton, U.S. Olympic pair Mark Ladwig and Amanda Evora, England’s Ice Dancers John and Sinead Kerr, and members of the 2010 Novice National Champions will present a beautiful ice skating show.
