Oh What A Night! Oh What A Team!

Hello Sassies! One of the things that I want to do with this blog is give you a peak into my professional life whenever I can!

For an event for 1,800 persons in the Hilton Anatole Chantilly Ballroom, in Dallas, Texas, I rallied the Dallas ISES troops together to produce a spectacular James Bond themed event for a New York based client. Interacting with the four cities where Bond films have occurred, Hong Kong, Moscow, Monte Carlo and New Orleans, within the massive ballroom, the crowd was WOW-ed like no one but ISES Dallas members could WOW a crowd! From the twenty gold-clad dancing Bond girls provided by Eclipse Entertainment dancing in gold cages, to the over forty hanging light fixtures, and to the custom city environments (snow fell in Moscow!) throughout the ballroom by Fun Factory Events, the evening was over the top. The attendees were left spellbound by the combined efforts of: the Bond film images and lighting by Diversified Media Group; the show production and flow by VIP Events; the tables and chairs by Ducky Bobs Party Rentals; the gorgeous linen by BBJ; the over 175 Casino Dealers and tables by Aarons Casino & Golf Parties; the beautiful video and photographic images by VIM Studio and PeaPod Productions; and finally the custom centerpiece furniture poofs by LiveWire Special Events. LiveWire even did a first at the Anatole by completely covering the massive glass atrium on the roof of the hotel in canvas to darken the reception space just for the event! This feat lead by Dean Faulkner took over thirty-five water barrels, 700 feet of garden hose and twenty-seven men to install the massive canvas structure! I thought the Goodyear blimp had landed on the hotel!

This was truly the most amazing and spectacular ISES Team Effort I have seen in the world in my career!
